ٱللَّهُ يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ
Allaahu yabda'ul khalqa summa yu'eeduhoo summa ilaihi turja'oon
It is Allah Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; then shall ye be brought back to Him.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): It is Allah Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; then shall ye be brought back to Him.
This is verse 11 of Surah Ar-Rum (ٱلرُّوم, meaning "The Romans"), the 30th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 60 total verses.
