يَمۡحُواْ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثۡبِتُۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
Yamhul laahu maa yashaaa'u wa yusbitu wa 'indahooo ummul Kitaab
Allah doth blot out or confirm what He pleaseth: with Him is the Mother of the Book.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Allah doth blot out or confirm what He pleaseth: with Him is the Mother of the Book.
This is verse 39 of Surah Ar-Ra'd (ٱلرَّعْد, meaning "The Thunder"), the 13th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 43 total verses.
