بَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا
Bashshiril munaafiqeena bi anna lahum 'azaaban aleemaa
To the Hypocrites give the glad tidings that there is for them (but) a grievous penalty;-
— An-Nisa' (ٱلنِّسَاء), 4:138
بَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًاTransliteration: Bashshiril munaafiqeena bi anna lahum 'azaaban aleemaa
Translation (Yusuf Ali): To the Hypocrites give the glad tidings that there is for them (but) a grievous penalty;-
This is verse 138 of Surah An-Nisa' (ٱلنِّسَاء, meaning "The Women"), the 4th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 176 total verses.
