قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَآ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيَّ فَلَنۡ أَكُونَ ظَهِيرٗا لِّلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
Qaala Rabbi innee zalamtu nafsee faghfir lee faghafaralah; innahoo Huwal Ghafoorur Raheem
He said: "O my Lord! For that Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace on me, never shall I be a help to those who sin!"
— Al-Qasas (ٱلْقَصَص), 28:17

Translation (Yusuf Ali): He said: "O my Lord! For that Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace on me, never shall I be a help to those who sin!"
This is verse 17 of Surah Al-Qasas (ٱلْقَصَص, meaning "The Stories"), the 28th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 88 total verses.
