رَّبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱتَّخِذۡهُ وَكِيلٗا
Rabbul mashriqi wal maghriibi laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa fattakhizhu wakeelaa
(He is) Lord of the East and the West: there is no god but He: take Him therefore for (thy) Disposer of Affairs.
— Al-Muzammil (ٱلْمُزَّمِّل), 73:9

Translation (Yusuf Ali): (He is) Lord of the East and the West: there is no god but He: take Him therefore for (thy) Disposer of Affairs.
This is verse 9 of Surah Al-Muzammil (ٱلْمُزَّمِّل, meaning "The Wrapped"), the 73th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 20 total verses.
