ٱلسَّمَآءُ مُنفَطِرُۢ بِهِۦۚ كَانَ وَعۡدُهُۥ مَفۡعُولًا
Assamaaa'u munfatirum bih; kaana wa'duhoo maf'oola
Whereon the sky will be cleft asunder? His Promise needs must be accomplished.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Whereon the sky will be cleft asunder? His Promise needs must be accomplished.
This is verse 18 of Surah Al-Muzammil (ٱلْمُزَّمِّل, meaning "The Wrapped"), the 73th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 20 total verses.
