فَعَصَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُ أَخۡذٗا وَبِيلٗا
Fa'asaa Fir'awnur Rasoola fa akhaznaahu akhzanw wabeelaa
But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger; so We seized him with a heavy Punishment.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger; so We seized him with a heavy Punishment.
This is verse 16 of Surah Al-Muzammil (ٱلْمُزَّمِّل, meaning "The Wrapped"), the 73th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 20 total verses.
