قُلۡ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبۡعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Qul mar Rabbus samaawaatis sab'i wa Rabbul 'Arshil 'Azeem
Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?"
— Al-Mu'minun (ٱلْمُؤْمِنُون), 23:86
قُلۡ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبۡعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِTransliteration: Qul mar Rabbus samaawaatis sab'i wa Rabbul 'Arshil 'Azeem
Translation (Yusuf Ali): Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?"
This is verse 86 of Surah Al-Mu'minun (ٱلْمُؤْمِنُون, meaning "The Believers"), the 23th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 118 total verses.
