حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَخَذۡنَا مُتۡرَفِيهِم بِٱلۡعَذَابِ إِذَا هُمۡ يَجۡـَٔرُونَ
Hattaaa izaaa akhaznaa mutrafeehim bil'azaabi izaa hum yaj'aroon
Until, when We seize in Punishment those of them who received the good things of this world, behold, they will groan in supplication!

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Until, when We seize in Punishment those of them who received the good things of this world, behold, they will groan in supplication!
This is verse 64 of Surah Al-Mu'minun (ٱلْمُؤْمِنُون, meaning "The Believers"), the 23th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 118 total verses.
