قَالَ رَبِّ ٱنصُرۡنِي بِمَا كَذَّبُونِ
Qaala Rabbin surnee bimaa kazzaboon

Translation (Yusuf Ali): (The prophet) said: "O my Lord! help me: for that they accuse me of falsehood."
This is verse 39 of Surah Al-Mu'minun (ٱلْمُؤْمِنُون, meaning "The Believers"), the 23th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 118 total verses.
