تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ
Tabaarakal lazee biyadihil mulku wa huwa 'alaa kulli shai-in qadeer
Blessed be He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things hath Power;-
— Al-Mulk (ٱلْمُلْك), 67:1

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Blessed be He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things hath Power;-
This is verse 1 of Surah Al-Mulk (ٱلْمُلْك, meaning "The Kingdom"), the 67th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 30 total verses.
