عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ
Alaaa an nubaddila khairan minhum wa maa nahnu bi masbooqeen
Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan).

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan).
This is verse 41 of Surah Al-Ma'arij (ٱلْمَعَارِج, meaning "The Elevated Passages"), the 70th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 44 total verses.
