وَٱلَّذِينَ فِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ
Wallazeena feee amwaalihim haqqun ma'loom
And those in whose wealth is a recognised right.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): And those in whose wealth is a recognised right.
This is verse 24 of Surah Al-Ma'arij (ٱلْمَعَارِج, meaning "The Elevated Passages"), the 70th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 44 total verses.
