Surah Al-Ma'arij · Verse 17
تَدۡعُواْ مَنۡ أَدۡبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
Tad'oo man adbara wa tawallaa
Inviting (all) such as turn their backs and turn away their faces (from the Right).
