Translation (Yusuf Ali): (The other) said: "Verily thou wilt not be able to have patience with me!"
This is verse 67 of Surah Al-Kahf (ٱلْكَهْف, meaning "The Cave"), the 18th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 110 total verses.
