ذَٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Zaalika fadlul laahi yu'teehi many-yashaaa; wallaahu zul fadlil 'azeem
Such is the Bounty of Allah, which He bestows on whom He will: and Allah is the Lord of the highest bounty.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Such is the Bounty of Allah, which He bestows on whom He will: and Allah is the Lord of the highest bounty.
This is verse 4 of Surah Al-Jum'ah (ٱلْجُمُعَة, meaning "Friday"), the 62th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 11 total verses.
