قُل لَّوۡ كَانَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَلَٰٓئِكَةٞ يَمۡشُونَ مُطۡمَئِنِّينَ لَنَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَلَكٗا رَّسُولٗا
Wa maa mana'an naasa any yu'minooo iz jaaa'ahumul hudaaa illaaa an qaalooo aba'asal laahu basharar Rasoolaa
Say, "If there were settled, on earth, angels walking about in peace and quiet, We should certainly have sent them down from the heavens an angel for a messenger."

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Say, "If there were settled, on earth, angels walking about in peace and quiet, We should certainly have sent them down from the heavens an angel for a messenger."
This is verse 95 of Surah Al-Isra' (ٱلْإِسْرَاء, meaning "The Night Journey"), the 17th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 111 total verses.
