Surah Al-Hijr · Verse 91
ٱلَّذِينَ جَعَلُواْ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ عِضِينَ
Allazeena ja'alul Quraana'ideen
(So also on such) as have made the Qur'an into shreds (as they please).
