قَالُوٓاْ أَوَلَمۡ نَنۡهَكَ عَنِ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Qaalooo awalam nanhaka 'anil 'aalameen
They said: "Did we not forbid thee (to speak) for all and sundry?"

قَالُوٓاْ أَوَلَمۡ نَنۡهَكَ عَنِ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَTransliteration: Qaalooo awalam nanhaka 'anil 'aalameen
Translation (Yusuf Ali): They said: "Did we not forbid thee (to speak) for all and sundry?"
This is verse 70 of Surah Al-Hijr (ٱلْحِجْر, meaning "The Rocky Tract"), the 15th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 99 total verses.
