قَالَ وَمَن يَقۡنَطُ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
Qaala wa mai yaqnatu mir rahmati Rabbiheee illad daaaloon
He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?"
— Al-Hijr (ٱلْحِجْر), 15:56

Translation (Yusuf Ali): He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?"
This is verse 56 of Surah Al-Hijr (ٱلْحِجْر, meaning "The Rocky Tract"), the 15th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 99 total verses.
