ثُمَّ لَقَطَعۡنَا مِنۡهُ ٱلۡوَتِينَ
Summa laqata'naa minhul wateen
And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart:
— Al-Haqqah (ٱلْحَاقَّة), 69:46

This is verse 46 of Surah Al-Haqqah (ٱلْحَاقَّة, meaning "The Inevitable"), the 69th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 52 total verses.
