وَلَوۡ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيۡنَا بَعۡضَ ٱلۡأَقَاوِيلِ
Wa law taqawwala 'alainaa ba'dal aqaaweel
And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name,
— Al-Haqqah (ٱلْحَاقَّة), 69:44

This is verse 44 of Surah Al-Haqqah (ٱلْحَاقَّة, meaning "The Inevitable"), the 69th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 52 total verses.
