وَيَوۡمَ يَعَضُّ ٱلظَّالِمُ عَلَىٰ يَدَيۡهِ يَقُولُ يَٰلَيۡتَنِي ٱتَّخَذۡتُ مَعَ ٱلرَّسُولِ سَبِيلٗا
Wa Yawma ya'adduz zaalimu 'alaa yadaihi yaqoolu yaa laitanit takhaztu ma'ar Rasooli sabeelaa
The Day that the wrong-doer will bite at his hands, he will say, "Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger!
— Al-Furqan (ٱلْفُرْقَان), 25:27

Translation (Yusuf Ali): The Day that the wrong-doer will bite at his hands, he will say, "Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger!
This is verse 27 of Surah Al-Furqan (ٱلْفُرْقَان, meaning "The Criterion"), the 25th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 77 total verses.
