تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتۡلُوهَا عَلَيۡكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
Tilka Aayaatul laahi natloohaa 'alaika bilhaqq; wa innaka laminal mursaleen
These are the Signs of Allah: we rehearse them to thee in truth: verily Thou art one of the messengers.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): These are the Signs of Allah: we rehearse them to thee in truth: verily Thou art one of the messengers.
This is verse 252 of Surah Al-Baqarah (ٱلْبَقَرَة, meaning "The Cow"), the 2th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 286 total verses.
