أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ صَلَوَٰتٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ وَرَحۡمَةٞۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدُونَ
Ulaaa'ika 'alaihim salawaatun mir Rabbihim wa rahma; wa ulaaa'ika humul muhtadoon
They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance.
This is verse 157 of Surah Al-Baqarah (ٱلْبَقَرَة, meaning "The Cow"), the 2th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 286 total verses.
