صِبۡغَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَنۡ أَحۡسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ صِبۡغَةٗۖ وَنَحۡنُ لَهُۥ عَٰبِدُونَ
Sibghatal laahi wa man ahsanu minal laahi sibghatanw wa nahnu lahoo 'aabidoon
(Our religion is) the Baptism of Allah: And who can baptize better than Allah? And it is He Whom we worship.
— Al-Baqarah (ٱلْبَقَرَة), 2:138

Translation (Yusuf Ali): (Our religion is) the Baptism of Allah: And who can baptize better than Allah? And it is He Whom we worship.
This is verse 138 of Surah Al-Baqarah (ٱلْبَقَرَة, meaning "The Cow"), the 2th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 286 total verses.
