قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٞ
Qaalal mala-u min qawmi Fir'awna inna haazaa lasaahirun 'aleem
Said the Chiefs of the people of Pharaoh: "This is indeed a sorcerer well-versed.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Said the Chiefs of the people of Pharaoh: "This is indeed a sorcerer well-versed.
This is verse 109 of Surah Al-A'raf (ٱلْأَعْرَاف, meaning "The Heights"), the 7th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 206 total verses.
