ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيۡدِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
Zaalikum wa annal laaha moohinu kaidil kaafireen
That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers.

ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيۡدِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَTransliteration: Zaalikum wa annal laaha moohinu kaidil kaafireen
Translation (Yusuf Ali): That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers.
This is verse 18 of Surah Al-Anfal (ٱلْأَنْفَال, meaning "The Spoils of War"), the 8th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 75 total verses.
