قَالَ لَقَدۡ كُنتُمۡ أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَآؤُكُمۡ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ
Qaala laqad kuntum antum wa aabaaa'ukum fee dalaalin mubeen
He said, "Indeed ye have been in manifest error - ye and your fathers."
— Al-Anbiya' (ٱلْأَنْبِيَاء), 21:54
قَالَ لَقَدۡ كُنتُمۡ أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَآؤُكُمۡ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖTransliteration: Qaala laqad kuntum antum wa aabaaa'ukum fee dalaalin mubeen
Translation (Yusuf Ali): He said, "Indeed ye have been in manifest error - ye and your fathers."
This is verse 54 of Surah Al-Anbiya' (ٱلْأَنْبِيَاء, meaning "The Prophets"), the 21th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 112 total verses.
