إِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا تَكۡتُمُونَ
Innahoo ya'lamul jahra minal qawli wa ya'lamu maa taktumoon
"It is He Who knows what is open in speech and what ye hide (in your hearts).

Translation (Yusuf Ali): "It is He Who knows what is open in speech and what ye hide (in your hearts).
This is verse 110 of Surah Al-Anbiya' (ٱلْأَنْبِيَاء, meaning "The Prophets"), the 21th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 112 total verses.
