وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ إِلَّا رَحۡمَةٗ لِّلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Wa maaa arsalnaaka illaa rahmatal lil'aalameen
We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures.
This is verse 107 of Surah Al-Anbiya' (ٱلْأَنْبِيَاء, meaning "The Prophets"), the 21th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 112 total verses.
