وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
Wa Huwal qaahiru fawqa 'ibaadih; wa Huwal Hakeemul Khabeer
"He is the irresistible, (watching) from above over His worshippers; and He is the Wise, acquainted with all things."
— Al-An'am (ٱلْأَنْعَام), 6:18
وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُTransliteration: Wa Huwal qaahiru fawqa 'ibaadih; wa Huwal Hakeemul Khabeer
Translation (Yusuf Ali): "He is the irresistible, (watching) from above over His worshippers; and He is the Wise, acquainted with all things."
This is verse 18 of Surah Al-An'am (ٱلْأَنْعَام, meaning "The Cattle"), the 6th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 165 total verses.
