قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
Qaala Rabbul mashriqi wal maghribi wa maa baina humaa in kuntum ta'qiloon
(Moses) said: "Lord of the East and the West, and all between! if ye only had sense!"

Translation (Yusuf Ali): (Moses) said: "Lord of the East and the West, and all between! if ye only had sense!"
This is verse 28 of Surah Ah-Shu'ara' (ٱلشُّعَرَاء, meaning "The Poets"), the 26th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 227 total verses.
