وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِينَ
Wa law nazzalnaahu 'alaa ba'dil a'jameen
Had We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs,
— Ah-Shu'ara' (ٱلشُّعَرَاء), 26:198

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Had We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs,
This is verse 198 of Surah Ah-Shu'ara' (ٱلشُّعَرَاء, meaning "The Poets"), the 26th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 227 total verses.
