Surah Ah-Shu'ara' · Verse 152
ٱلَّذِينَ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ
Allazeena yufsidoona fil ardi wa laa yuslihoon
"Who make mischief in the land, and mend not (their ways)."
