وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بَنَيۡنَٰهَا بِأَيۡيْدٖ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ
Wassamaaa'a banainaa haa bi aydinw wa innaa lamoosi'oon
With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of space.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of space.
