يَخۡتَصُّ بِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Yakhtassu birahmatihee mai yashaaa'; wallaahu zulfadlil 'azeem
For His Mercy He specially chooseth whom He pleaseth; for Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): For His Mercy He specially chooseth whom He pleaseth; for Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.
This is verse 74 of Surah Aali Imran (آلِ عِمْرَان, meaning "The Family of Imran"), the 3th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 200 total verses.
