هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِ كَيۡفَ يَشَآءُۚ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
Huwal lazee yusawwirukum fil arhaami kaifa yashaaa'; laa ilaaha illaa Huwal 'Azeezul Hakeem
He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He pleases. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He pleases. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
This is verse 6 of Surah Aali Imran (آلِ عِمْرَان, meaning "The Family of Imran"), the 3th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 200 total verses.
