وَمَكَرُواْ وَمَكَرَ ٱللَّهُۖ وَٱللَّهُ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡمَٰكِرِينَ
Wa makaroo wa makaral laahu wallaahu khairul maakireen
And (then unbelievers) plotted and planned and Allah too planned and the best of planners is Allah.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): And (then unbelievers) plotted and planned and Allah too planned and the best of planners is Allah.
This is verse 54 of Surah Aali Imran (آلِ عِمْرَان, meaning "The Family of Imran"), the 3th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 200 total verses.
