هَٰذَا بَيَانٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ
Haazaa bayaanul linnaasi wa hudanw wa maw'izatul lilmuttaqeen
Here is a plain statement to men, a guidance and instruction to those who fear Allah!

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Here is a plain statement to men, a guidance and instruction to those who fear Allah!
This is verse 138 of Surah Aali Imran (آلِ عِمْرَان, meaning "The Family of Imran"), the 3th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 200 total verses.
