تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتۡلُوهَا عَلَيۡكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلۡمٗا لِّلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Tilka Aayaatul laahi natloohaa 'alaika bilhaqq; wa mal laahu yureedu zulmallil 'aalameen
These are the Signs of Allah: We rehearse them to thee in Truth: And Allah means no injustice to any of His creatures.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): These are the Signs of Allah: We rehearse them to thee in Truth: And Allah means no injustice to any of His creatures.
This is verse 108 of Surah Aali Imran (آلِ عِمْرَان, meaning "The Family of Imran"), the 3th surah of the Quran. It is a Medinan surah with 200 total verses.
